Thank you, the person that my family member talked to (who is helping me with finding a place as well) said the only people they get is snow birds, but yes i will ask around if i can find any full timers in my search.

2016 keystone outback I found this one, its stretching my budget but I like what it has and its very nice. I can probably find something slightly cheaper I reckon... plus this is about 2 model years old. So it should be ok to last Me reason i say this (I really don't want to deal with things breaking right away.) and plus better features, etc. did some looking around at general replacement parts. And they arnt cheap..
