Wife and I have been out of rv'ing for a couple of years now. We are looking to replace a 2002 Sportsmen that was sold a couple of years ago. We are looking at a couple of new Jayco bumper pull trailers,. Any feedback on Jayco and/ or Lone Star RV in Houston is appreciated. THe trailer that we sold a while back wà O.K., but it seems that I spent a lot of time caulking and keeping leaks fixed... Thanks in advance for your time !
ANY RV can and WILL leak, it's just the way it is.
If your looking for a "leak proof" or "perfect built" RV then forget about buying another.
You know the drill, you will need to periodically check and replace the caulking as it ages.
Can't help you on Jaycos other than I see lots of them in campgrounds.. Lone Star, well never heard of that one but I suspect that is a regional thing..
