I don't think I can blame Jayco for a problem with an air conditioner so I don't really understand your point. We traded because of features. Not because of construction or problems. If I trade a car for a pickup it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the car, just that I decided I need a pickup instead of a car. :S
If you have a problem with the water heater in your TT do you blame that on the TT maker or the water heater maker? The OP asked about Jayco not Coleman/Airxcel. :h
