Maybe the seller...put on different tires and rims (for whatever reason)which made rv lower? Or maybe changed u-bolts and put on longer ones because he couldn't find the right size that came off?(again for whatever reason). Maybe u-bolts just need a little trim job/cut off a little to give you more clearence? How far out of complaince are they? Maybe even call the seller and ask if he lowered it for better entry(disabled person or bad knees or whatever)or any of the above.
