Not sure on "model", but looks to be a single axle about 16-18' in length.
I remember that era of trailer well as a kid. Most had the propane lantern built in the rig! Looks to be a Ford Wagon towing it with a WD hitch setup. That's how it was done back then and no one cared about it's GVWR or "tow rating" :)
