Yes, clean title. And everything else is immaculate. It's never had water in it, the screens and canvas are close to perfect. Interior is great too. They said it just happened while sitting at their house, and it had my been in an accident. The inside wall on the other side of this looks fine and doesn't look like it's been repaired.
