need help with folding stairs
Now that the snow has finally melted I can't get my stairs to fold up I can fold. Bottom layer but not top I sprayed wd40 grease and still won't fold act like there locked

x2 Penetrating oil will get them loose with time.- Did you leave them open for the winter? Keep working on them and they will eventually move.
