Need help with rebuild of cabover Coachman

We purchased this camper with the overhead bed completely removed. Because of that we are unable to recreate it. We are unsure about where the support comes from? We were not given any kind of frame for it. Do we use plywood as the flooring? I am posting for my husband so I am unsure about the terminology. Sorry. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
