My first TT weight around 6300 lbs loaded. it towed great with a GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab Z71 edition, with tow package. I don't know how much you want to spend on the truck but I got my 2011 for $15K with 80K miles, 5.3L motor, crew cab etc about two years ago...

I've since upgraded to my 2500 Ram Diesel, but the Sierra was a great little truck.
