Trailers have "low point" drains to allow complete evacuation of the water lines during winterization. They should have caps on them during normal use, so the system pressurizes. Are there a couple of caps laying on the ground under the pipes?
When you looked at the other Open Range what did the pipes look like? Capped or open?
