Twice I have brought my TT home on 3 wheels....I was running LRE tires and 80 PSI.
There has been no downsides to it in the 12-15 years I have been doing it.
The down side of the minimum pressure charts are explained by Tireman9 in his tire blog and explained on this and other rv forums and especially non rv forums.
Check him out ....much to learn about gettin' the most out of tires in a trailer position.
