By going to a good welder and fabractor, he or she can make you a double hitch reciever. They can make one or modifi yours. I would have them weld a box tube on top of your hitch, going up to be even with your bed floor. Then have a wide enough channel iron, to support your rear tire, welded the top of that, so it can rest on the floor of the truck bed.
