Need tent canvas pattern for replacement canvas

I own a 2004 Surveyor Hybrid that needs a new tent end on the smaller back end. I threw the old canvas away unfortunately, and no one seems to have a pattern in stock for it so that a new canvas may ...

If Forest River used the same company for the tents that they did on our '07 ROO, it's TJ Snuggles....I think that's the name or at least close to it. If you call the FR facility in Millersburg, IN they should be able to give you the contact...probably ask to speak with the parts/service department. As far as I know they've used the same supplier for many years.
