The IRS Standard Mileage Rate for 2016 is 54 cents per mile. That includes depreciation, fuel, maintenance, etc. I would use that as a guideline when evaluating new vs. used or demo vehicle. So I would not consider a 15k mile version unless the discount took closer to 7k off.
