Just to give you a perspective:
in 2007 we found a used '07 Subaru Tribeca limited in color and all the options my wife wanted. It was used by Subaru corporate office. When we bought it, it had 7000 miles, was about 6 months old, and we paid 29,500 wile the original sticker was about 40,000.
They have room to come down I'd say.
