I think you will be happy with that decision. If that "demo" one was truly a Toyota company vehicle, there is a good chance it was actually one of the first saleable vehicles and if not, I am willing to bet it wasn't built yesterday either having that many miles.
I don't care who the manufacturer is, I don't think I would want that early of a new production model unless it was heavily discounted.
