What a dufus. So maybe the truck is normal and the dufus is just an ass, or maybe its just a fluke problem, or maybe he towed a 20K GVW trailer all summer long in 95 degree heat low on tranny fluid. I am willing to bet he's just feeling the cylinder deactivation and hes a moron. No widespread reported problems of the described issues with that vintage of GM trucks. I would like to see GM give the guy a new tranny, then let him realize what type of ass he is to have done $3000.00 in the least worth of damage to the paint on his own $60K+ truck.
