Well, as they say "to be or not to be"...I love talking to people from all over this planet. You can find some extremely interesting things from the least likely of donors. With my occupation sometimes I don't see any of our customers for days, then everyone is home. Seeing someone else's different angle on things can enrich your life, ...yes, I know that sometimes you just don't want to hear some things, but that's the luck of the draw. When I was travelling from LA to Wyoming a couple of years ago we spoke to lots of people in Bars, hamburger joints, national parks, monuments, auto museums etc. in 16 days we only met 2 people that I just did not like. One time we sat in a bar in el Segundo CA. walked in to have a quiet drink around 5.30pm. We sat talking a local LEO, carpenter, retired parks officer, a lady of the night and a very old school teacher. The conversation went on 'till nearly 2am. We talked about everything and liked it. It might have been partly our accents, but it was nice.
So, more than just Hi can really change your life....or not.
