Those look great!!
They may only have ~500lbs more capacity than your Nitto's, but I bet they feel 2x's at stout!
I think my truck rides better empty with the 19.5's too, but I do "feel" uneven road surfaces more.

I have had my truck up to 12.2K with the 19.5's, about 20K GCW and they are VERY stable. I have also done a few miles at 11K with 2 quads above the bed rails, and 1/3 of a chord below them.. again VERY VERY stable.
There are no OEM sway-bar's on 3rd gens, only difference on a 2500 vs 3500 SRW is the upper overloads, which don't even come into play on my truck until above 6K on the rear axle which is why I installed airbags.
