- 12V_CumminsExplorerI like how Eagle Cap uses a full fiberglass nose and rear. Really like their exterior also. Kind of a hybrid between a northernlite and traditional camper like AF. Also EC has a very spacious bathroom. Your truck would be able to handle any of the campers you listed so it all boils down to what you feel comfortable in!
- serpa4ExplorerI'm all in for AF. Loved my 1150, quality, insulation, etc, but heavy.
- Scott16ExplorerLance, EC and AF are four season campers. Are you going to use the camper in cold weather, Hunting or during winter. Just depends what you are looking for. My list has AF, EC and Lance. TL is nice but less expensive and i did not see if its rated for 4 seasons, i don't believe they are. Someone correct me if i am wrong. That is my Criteria.
Good luck,
Scott - whizbangExplorer IIThe Lance has the lowest published dry weight (most inaccurate?).
Arctic Fox and Eagle Cap are hard to beat.
I would go for the Lance if the published weight spec is reliable. The Lance is several hundred pounds lighter than the others. - camperpaulExplorerI would pick the one with the lowest weight and coefficient of drag consistent with the features you want.
- RZAR66ExplorerYou may be disappointed with the Travel Lite after looking at the other three TC's. Not saying the TL is a bad camper but the materials used in the Lance, EC and AF are fancier but the TL is also thousands less.
