They typically give out the best deals in areas of the country where the economy is really slow. Yet California dealerships seem to be selling them like hotcakes, so you might have better luck calling a Ford dealership in Utah or someplace else.
And if this dealership is still hanging onto a 2013 - and not willing to give SOMEONE a bargin on it, then they will not be giving you a deal on a 2014 either, they just do not know how to give a good deal to someone. Try some other local dealerships. Look for one that has a higher volume of truck sales. Your company should be calling the fleet departments of various dealerships in your area, then send out a "Spec" for the truck they need. They will have all the dealerships fax in their best price on a certain time and day, then all the prices will be compared, and a truck selected.
