Sleep in the RV. Microwave in the RV. Fridge in the RV. Toyhauler RV caries anything you want. And, can still park anywhere.
You will never know how superior a HDT is ,and I park everywhere ,it was a only vehicle for 3 years.
No, I will never know how ridiculous your setup is because I will never be so afraid of a standard tow vehicle that I do something so asinine that I need to buy something so unnecessary. But, whatever helps you sleep at night.
