That's what I did with our previous Adventurer...easy way to add 2nd battery.
Did you do anything to strengthen/support the floor before adding battery weight?
I guess it was designed to support a generator so it should support batteries!
On the 810WS the floor under the genny compartment was reinforced with angle iron right from the factory, to support a genset. There was no need to beef it up.
It would be an easy job if you had to though...
