I have found that putting reflectix on the skylights using velcro helps a lot to keep the cold out. Our 990 has thermopane windows. We have camped in 9 degree weather & at that temp we pull the slide in so we don't have so much area to heat. We were comfortable at that temperature. The bed area is really warm, never got cold in bed like my old Lance 920. Thank goodness for the two 30 lb propane tanks because you do use a lot more propane at those low temps. I really don't like camping at those low temps but it is doable. We had to endure it on our way to the Southwest.
