Bedlam I'm with you on the nose into the wind...and that is really the way I would do it in most of the country. I was however schooled once by a co-worker from Bismarck ND. that said that you should never park directly into the wind...why? Well their extreme snow and wind can literally build up around your motor and freeze it solid...When the motor is warm and it blows snow all around it if your facing into the wind, which in turn, temporarily turns it to water which then again freezes...well I didn't see that one coming since I do not live in such extremes but hey, now I now I'm not going there in the winter.. lol!!
