New and trying to learn

We have been looking!! We also found a forest river wildwood x-lite 195bh, which is a killer price, but is definitely a "starter" trailer....as two kids will only fit on that dinette for a short time. And then I've been calling around to dealers and 2 of them suggested a Rockwood mini-lite 2306, but no one has it in stock for us to look at. That one was the heaviest of the three, I believe. But again, no slide out, so sleeping arrangements would be a short term thing, I think. Not sure how quality on them all compares....I know the apex nano "feels" the highest quality when I'm in it, but again, I haven't seen the rockwood yet in person. SO much to think about!! And then we are trying to decide if we are going to get the best prices now, or would be better to wait. Feels like a gamble.
