new camper converter question

Image tour shows a WFCO. Fine if plugged in but often WFCO fails to go to boost when expected charging from a generator. You can verify after you take possession.

WFCO Converters ... it'll be an 8900 series or perhaps one of the newer 9800 series models.

If there is a dealership near your home, go take a look at one of the Salem units. They all 'should' get the same brand converter, and a dealer rep should be able to tell you where to look for it.

Or call the service department - if they are more than a few miles drive away from you. Ask them what brand is installed.
