Yeah so back to use the scales so as to watch your axle weights. If you don't have a real special order truck even with real good weight distribution you are looking at a more practical max TT size of 8k for a halfer. That would be 7k dry. So I agree 13,200 is too much for half ton axles and too much for half ton suspension at least for the normal 3,800 to 4,000 pound axles found in a halfer.
If you set your hitch and loading for 12.5% because its a TT then your are looking at 1,650 pounds of TW alone. Add the truck with nothing in the bed or cab and you are often looking at putting 5,000 pounds on the drive axle. At least with the more common setups you see that don't utilize a triple scale. That might be ok until you put on some stiff E loads and air them up to help contend with the weight then hit a hard pot hole.
