New F150 coming to Detroit auto show

Frame is still steel, and the bed is still steel (at least the inside). It sounds like all outer body panels are aluminum (hood has been for years). Sounds like this saves about 400 lbs, the rest of the savings come from elsewhere.

Aluminum body is not so big a deal,makes one wonder if they are going to spring a Aluminum frame on us?
