Actually this year they were tied with Ford in initial quality. Dependability as in 3+ years they are still bottom of the barrel.

Only problem is Ford trucks are lumped in with the cars, some of which do have issues (Focus/Fiesta automatics). The #1 1/2 ton in reliability is the F150. Heavy Duty is the GM twins. Mopar is nowhere to be found as usual.
Consumer Reports has a better picture if your a subscriber.
We won't even discuss the Rams abysmal crash ratings. So if you value your family shop elsewhere.
