A rear door is a major perk for some. You can slide a kayak, canoe, surfboard, bikes, etc., in through that door rather than having to find a way to carry them on the outside of the vehicles. It also lets you open up to the view when you're parked.
It's similar to other fiberglass trailers of that size, but you're paying for the airstream name. No harm in that if it's what you want. The windows are the main perk - that's got more windows than most trailers 4 times its size.
