Same thing on the 832IKBS that I picked up on Nov 13.
We had five nights in the trailer so far - Texas is a bit warmer.
Our furnace sail switch got stuck the first time we turned it on - so no heat. But the dealer fixed that quickly when we got back.
Good luck. Maybe we will see you this summer. Planning to be up near Glastonbury about the middle of June.
