Maybe in New England that's true. It certainly isn't in Idaho, and I'm sure happy I live out here in the wide open spaces of the west. - fj12ryderExplorer IIII've ventured many times into the Colorado mountains to go skiing and have never used a 4 wheel drive vehicle. And really never felt the need for one. Heck, at one time Vail police used Saab 900 turbos for their fleet, no 4 wheel drive there.
