New guy looking at f150 5.4 and 5.0
I haven't bought a trailer yet but looking in the 6500-7500 GVW . As far as a tow vehicle I was looking at either a 2010 f150 5.4 w/ 3.73 rear and max trailer package. Or a 2011 and up f150 with 5.0 ...

I have a 2013 with the 5.0 and 3.55 gears. I'm getting around 17 in town, but I have had to change my driving habits quite a bit since I got the truck. If I drove it like I drove the previous vehicle, probably 10 mpg would be the best I could hope for.
