I think you did the right thing. I wouldn't want a brand new camper with a potential roof problem right off the lot.

I bet they return your deposit the minute you hit them with a formal letter stating your intent to take them to court.

On the positive side of this, you have convinced me to go with a Rhino coated roof so I never have these issues.
