I don't know what the rules are in Canada. In most of the US, if you finance, you have three days to back out of a deal. I'm not sure that applies to you, but it's a thought. My guess is Canada has similar laws.
I don't have an explanation for why there is a depression, but I've never seen anything like it. I'd probably talk to Lance and use them as leverage on the dealer.
If it wasn't for the nightmares posted here about buying a defective camper on the dealer promise that they'd fix it, I'd consider having the dealer fix it. The problem is you pay for it while they are trying to fix it.
