New Lance, Refused Delivery; Your Opinions Please

I cannot believe that the dealer can hold your deposit because it is obvious that the roof has a defect and he did not share that information with you. It appears that if something happened under the warranty period then it would be addressed then. The dealer was selling the unit at a big discount hoping you wouldn't notice the problem. I wouldn't purchase a thing from this dealer, ever!
