I have Michelin LTX M/S2 LR "E" tires in a 215-85-16 on the rear of my Chevy dually. My truck scale weight is just over 8k, I have an in bed aux. fuel/tool box and tow my 5th wheel in signature and my pin weight is over 3k. I run 70psi when towing. I just rotated my tires and there was no evidence of tire rub. I am sure because there was mud on the sidewalls from last spring and it wasn't rubbed off. With the amount of weight I have I don't think you have anything to worry about. Great tires by the way.
