Doable? GCWR? That's performance which will be acceptable by most. You have lots of power with either 5.3L or 6.2L. You'll be over GVWR by at least 500 pounds and rear axle by 400 pounds, more if you adjust the WDH per the trucks' owner's manual, and over the receiver's 1200 pound rating by 100-200 pounds. It's a 10k loaded bunk house! I don't know of any half ton owner (even the HD half tons like F-150 8200 pound GVWR or GM's 10 year old 1500HD which was really a 3/4 ton) report a pleasant experience towing 10k pound RV. You're in for a shock. If you already have the truck at $30-50k. Then that RV is in the $30-35k range. Are you willing to upgrade the truck with one more capable immediately? We are here as owners with experience to help you save money or enjoy the RVing lifestyle.
What does this sticker posted on driver's door jam say you have for as equipped payload were mine says 2051?
I really like a lot of things about the OR Light line. I am very interested in the LT305 which is borderline for my TV.
