While you're at it you might want to check the outside walls for rot and the same for the inside walls. There's also the possibility that water might have gotten down to the flooring, I'm not just throwing words around I'm speaking from experience. Jayco replaced the complete roof and floor plus the front cap and one complete wall due to a leak around the A/C unit when mine was new.
