You should see the basement of my fifth wheel. I have two Quattros, two Autotransformers, two Orions, three SmartSolar MPPTs, etc...
I opted not to use an Orion on this setup, but bought one and it's sitting in a box. May install it later but as of right now, the 12V and 48V systems are entirely separate with the 12V system remaining untouched. The 48V system is charging the 12V system through the factory 45A converter, so it has to go from 48VDC -> 120VAC -> 12VDC, and therefore is a bit less efficient, but brute force addresses that for now.
