New Ram coil spring 2500

Have any of you successfully tightened one of these pieces of junk with sway bars and Bilsteins? The real answer is converting to leaf springs which may very well happen, but the cheaper/easier shocks & sway bar option would be nice if it isn't just throwing more money away at a setup that's never gonna handle right.
