- ShinerBockExplorerSo since Cummins increased power output by increasing boost, does than mean the engine will fall apart just like people say it will if you increase power by doing the same with a tune?

OK Cummins12V98, what's you going to do? We will have to go to pizza again if you get one of these!
Heck yea! Maybe the new one will break 100mph at the end of the Highway on ramp instead of only 93 with current DRW. :B - Cummins12V98Explorer III

Over 340 hp at 1800 rpm. Wow.
Based on my last two 6.7's they have laid down around 87% of advertised HP to the ground on a DYNO. So the new CUMMINS should hit 350 to the ground right out of the box. - Cummins12V98Explorer IIII have to say I like the new DRW much more than I thought I would. It's all about the GRILL to me as the rest of the truck looks nearly the same.
I will have to see them in person, LongHorn for sure to decide colors for the interior and exterior.
Looks like the rear air is even better with the ability to lower for hitching.
Looks like same POS NEXEN tires.
Nice they have kept the "antler" mirrors!
That 30k CURT/RAM hitch is really a spindly looking thing!
I would for sure wait to buy when the 2020's are built in USA.
AGAIN the best looking HD DUALLY truck by far on the market!!! - Cummins12V98Explorer III

Who says it is a CP4-2, maybe in the Japanese pump GM is using? Chris

But it now has a cp4 pump and it doesn't have this majical emissions system that the Cummins woman was blowing kisses in his ear that we've been hearing about for the last year on this forum
She said she was working on it, she said it would be a 6.7 and it is. I have not seen any mention of what the pump is but I am sure it will be JUST FINE.

Hmm, I haven't read the 2019 6.7L will have a CP4. I knew removing the EGR wasn't going to happen in the US though. For Global markets yes, but not for our strict NOx requirements.
Go to the 3:50 mark of video. He says new high pressure pump. New pump
