The weight isn't that big of a deal, I would store it right inside the door to my camper so it wasn't a big lift. I left it locked to the bumper for the week we were in CO.
Sure sounds like the Westinghouse would work. FWIW, my camping buddies have a Jayco Swift with a 5k wall mount AC that they run with a Yamaha 2000i and it does fine in KS, didn't try it in CO.. It wouldn't run their microwave at 10k' though.
