New RV problems

Seems like Keystone is having a real problem with their designing. Aren't they the same ones who don't know how large their slide is on a particular model? It would be totally unacceptable to me. That said, doesn't look like they're interested in repeat business or having happy current owners, so looks like you're going to have to make some sort of mod. The Velcro idea is probably the easiest and least $ to do, but repeated opening of the lid/seat is going to pull it down. You probably should just go ahead and buy a larger package of Velcro. Do agree that a letter to Trailer Life and whatever that complaint article is certainly could not hurt. Would not want to admit I worked in the design department of Keystone.
