I always wanted a Blazer with the removable top. Nice.
"Squirrely above 55mph", check your hitch weight. Do some searching and you can find out how to do this with a bathroom scale. You need 12-15% of the trailers weight on the hitch for a stable pull. It looks to be level in the pic, a light front end will add to the squirrely feel.
"Struggles to get above 45mph uphill", it may just be geared on the high side for better gas mileage. If the throttle goes over 75% I'd just drop a gear and not push her to hard. To nice of a looking rig to abuse her.
