I'm Doug. I held the 1st MidWest Truck Camper Rally in Iowa this summer.
If you have any questions you'd like to ask someone on how to hold a rally I'd be more than willing to help you out. Ask away.
I found out a lot of things that I wouldn't have thought of since I jumped in head first. There is a lot of things to organize that will take some time. If your having a raffle. you'll want to start on that now it was the most time consuming. I have a list of Truck Camping companies Phone numbers, emails and names of people to talk with if you like that list will make it a little easier. The 2013 Midwest TC rally had about $1200 in prizes we raffled away.
Potluck suppers work great. The group really comes together when they all share a meal together.
