It is still doable it is tough to try and do a rally in a national park but if it is scheduled in march or april reservations could be done and it would be easy to see who was there for a truck camper rally but on the other side some private camp grounds will set aside sites for a rally and provide a club house for meeting, it can be done and i am still interested
