New tires help

Might want to keep a couple of your older tires as spares. When we went to Yellowstone, between two campers (in-laws went with us), we had 6 blowouts. Fortunately, we had three teenage boys who after the first two were a 7 minute pit crew. I've since learned read a little more about tires here. Hope to do better on our next long trip.
Have fun and don't miss the badlands and Mount Rushmore on the way out.

Of course those Goodyears from 2014 were the old Marathons made in China.

Current Goodyears are Endurance and made in the USA.

One option in 15" LT is Good year Wrangler HT

After blowing 3 tires in their 4th year. I would go ahead and change them out. I will NOT run 4 year old tires ever again.Especially in the summer.


Too many stories like the one above , its not worth taking the risk. I probably have 10,000 on these factory tires. A good set before a BIG trip seems like the money well spent.

It's a separate system. The sensors replace the caps on the TT tire valve stems, and you get a monitor for your dash.

Goodyear Endurance

so along with tires what's the deal with the TPMS, my truck has them 2010 GMC. if you put them on the trailer how do you read them. does the truck have provisions for these, or do you get a separate monitor? I would like to be able to see what going on with the tires when towing down the road.

I like my Goodyear Endurance that I replaced the Trailer Kings with. Stiffer side wall and more stable. Happy so far with 4k miles on them.
