New to full time Rv life- Nervous, Grateful, Learning

Welcome. That’s a pretty broad scope vague question. No one can even begin to answer anything other than throwing out random stuff. 
I’d say you have to decide where you’re doing this and what your budget is and what type of RV and experience you’re after to even begin figuring out any specifics. 
Im trying to imagine how to even start if I knew “literally nothing.” 
Budget , location and type of RV would be the first things imo.
